• The story is set after the events of Freddy vs. Jason 

• It involves Laura Upland (one of two siblings who inherit the land on which Camp Crystal Lake is built) trying to deal with the destruction there. She knows Jason Voorhees is responsible. 

• Unknown to her brother Miles, Laura sets in motion a plan to kill Jason — a plan that risks tearing their family apart. There’s also a paramilitary group involved, trying to survive against Jason, who is a supernatural unstoppable killing machine.
