Plot gist: A magical horn associated with the dark god Kalumai is being pursued by demons that want to use it to bring Kalumai’s power into our world. The horn ends up in the possession of Jess Duncan and his fiancée Harmony.

The demons attack the police station, battle the Scarecrow, attempt to retrieve the horn. Eventually there’s confrontation at an aquarium exhibit — the Scarecrow uses his powers (including a whirlpool) to defeat the demons by destroying their attack through the aquatic setting.

At the end, the Scarecrow disappears, leaving Jess and Harmony to question who/what he really is. Meanwhile, Kalumai, watching from another dimension, is frustrated that the mission failed and vows to try again.
